Why is ws2813 led strip better than ws2812b

WS2813 led is updated version ws2812b led,it has dual signal,signal break-point continuous transmission,so ws2813 led strip if one pixel damaged will not affect others led's working,one broken isn't equal all broken,but ws2812b led strip one pixel damged,others led will not work,one broken is equal all broken,so ws2813 is better than ws2812b.
